Annotation of TRECVID 2008 development and test data keyframes

You need the TRECVID 2010 data login and password to access the Sound
& Vision collection to get it. It includes information for both
2007/dev and 2007/test keyframes/subshots.

Six out of the 20 2008 concepts have significant overlap with some of
the 2007 concepts. This information was used for the selection of the
keyframes/subshots to annotate first in the active learning process
but no 2007 annotation, either from the collaborative annotation (2007
test part) or from the ground truth judgments (2007 dev part) was
directly included in the 2008 annotation. All 2008 annotation are new.
