[tv13.list] Small correction to iacc.2.B master shot reference

Hi,

For participants using the IACC.2.B test data, that would be those
working on the progress option in semantic indexing...

There has been a correction to one of the master shot reference
(mp7) files for IACC.2.B. A corrected version of the entire IACC.2.B
set is now in the active participants' area:

http://www-nlpir.nist.gov/projects/tv2013/active/iacc.2.master.shot.reference/

Or if you already have a copy and just want to replace the incorrect
file, you can use the updated one attached.
