Hi All,

The TRECVID 2013 Workshop is now complete. Thanks to all those who
contributed and attended! Notes from the planning discussions
will be posted in the active participants' area of the 2013 website
in December.

N o t e b o o k p a p e r s

The workshop drafts of the notebook papers/slides will be posted to
the password-protected active participants' area of the website
early in December. These will be considered draft versions and all
will be REMOVED on 1. March 2014 - the links to them will no longer
work.

Before 1. March 2014, the sooner the better, please email the final
version of your notebook paper to George.Awad at nist.gov. This version
will be posted to the public TRECVID publications page and stay
there. We will post them as they arrive. The final version must
contain the appropriate citations - to the 2013 TRECVID Overview
paper and for various resources used, such as data, annotations,
etc. See here for info on citations:

   http://www-nlpir.nist.gov/projects/t01v/trecvid.citation.html

In general, these citations should appear in any talk, paper, book,
etc., that uses TRECVID resources. Such references are one means for
TRECVID sponsors and other interested parties to assess scholarly
impact.
