iacc.2.c.localization.iframes.tar.gz contains a directory tree with the
official I-Frames for the iacc.2.c videos - for use in submitting
localization results in the 2015 concept localization task. 

At the first level in the tree is a directory for each video file in
the iacc.2.c collection, named using the file ID from the
iacc.2.C.collection.xml file in iacc.2 master shot reference.

Within each file-level directory is a directory for each shot in the
file, named using the shot number from the master shot reference.

Within the shot-level directory is a set of jpeg files, named with
sequential numbers, each corresponding to an I-Frame om the shot.
