Chief Poncho, Mike, Jack, Tom DeLay, and Senator Burman are on a private plane, being served drinks by the flight attendant. Mike makes a comment to Jack about the flight attendant and Senator Burman joins in. He and Tom DeLay joke about it. Jack then asks Mike if all of their plans are set.
