George and Princess Lala have a romantic conversation. Harold overhears them and gets upset. He bursts out and yells at George and the two get into an argument. Harold grabs George by the shirt then tries to lead Lala away but  George stops them. Harold asks Lala if she promised to marry him if he recovered the treasure. Lala denies it, then George reveals that he was the one that made the promise, and lied to Harold in order to get him to be the diver. Lala professes her love for Harold, but then also to George. Princess Lala begins to tell the two a story from her childhood.
