The Employment Manager greets Prince Ken Arok when he arrives at his office. The Prince asks the Employment Manager for divers. The Employment Manager asks the Prince why they don't send natives to dive, but the Prince explains that the natives are superstitious and unwilling to do the job. The Employment Manager tells him the townspeople are also unwilling, and there is no one that will do it.
