Sasha complains about Randall's indifference to Dr. Stiglitz.  Sasha is disheveled after her appointment with Dr. Stiglitz and suggests they meet again soon.  There is the indication that they had sex during the appointment. In the waiting room, Sasha appears to be attracted to another patient.
