For the BBC and S&V data, there are two forms. Sign the "Org"
(organization) form and return it to NIST following the instructions
on the form. Do NOT return the "Ind" (individual) to NIST. "Ind" forms
must be signed by each person using the data and kept on on file by
the person who signs the "Org" form. For the Gatwick (LGW) data there
is only one form to fill out.
