8:00 a.m. NIST bus from the Holiday Inn, Gaithersburg to NIST Due to increased security, no on-site registrations will be accepted and all attendees must be pre-registered. Photo identification must be presented at check-in at the Visitor Center if you are driving to NIST. Non-U.S. citizens must provide a passport. Attendees must wear their conference badge at all times while on the campus. New in 2010, if you are planning to drive a vehicle onto the NIST campus, you will be required to show the vehicle registration or the car rental agreement before entering the NIST campus.
