In what follows, the "Project" refers to TRECVID - the TREC Video Retrieval Evaluation. The understandings, terms and conditions apply equally to all or to part of the information: The Programming comprises video files hosted by Flickr (www.flickr.com) as publicly available under one of the Creative Commons (www.creativecommons.org) licenses. The Programming was downloaded during the first half of 2012 and is being made available as a convenience to participants in the Project for Project-related research only. NIST does not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any file, and is not responsible for the contents of any files. Any user who feels that a retrieved file is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately. We reserve the right to remove any file for any reason whatsoever. If notified by NIST that a given video must be withdrawn (e.g. due to change in copyright status), the data holder will immediately destroy all instances of the video. The data holder will maintain all records necessary to carry out such an immediate deletion.
