[tv13.list] Instance search submission checker error - for interactive runs

Hi,

Natasa Moumtzidou has pointed out that the INS submission checker
is requiring results for all 30 topics from interactive runs, which
should only be concerned with the first 24. This will be fixed by
noon tomorrow here. The code is changed but updating the server
requires staff who are out today. Sorry for the delay.
