These files depict the results of the stratified samplied strategy
applied to the SIN runs for TRECVID 2013.  For each run and concept, a
result is represented by up to 20 rows of 100 items.  "0" indicates
the item was part of the judged sample and was found not to contain
the concept.  "1" indicates the item part of the judged sample and was
found to contain the concept.  "-" indicates the item was not part of
the judged sample. For all runs and concepts, all items in the top 200
ranks were judged. The rightmost colum in the first two rows indicates
the percentage of shot judged in each row. From the third row down
(bottom 1800 result set items) the rightmost column is the cummulative
percentage of shots judged
