[tv14.list] I-Frames for localization subtask in semantic indexing

Hi,

For participants planning to work on the localization subtask within the
semantic indexing task this year ...

The test I-Frames for the SIN localization subtask are now on the NIST
data server for this years SIN test dataset (IACC.2.B). They are with
I-Frames for tv2013. The quality is better than last year and so they
are larger. We hope not excessively.

You can find information about the data server directories in the active
participants' area of the TRECVID website. (You'll need the IACC.2 userid
and password to actually download the I-Frames.)
