As a result of your team's application to participate in TRECVID 2019
you are now considered an "active participant". This message provides
important information intended for all and only active participants:

1) You are subscribed to the tv19.list mailing list. The mailing list
is the
*primary* means of communicating about TRECVID 2019. You and
your team must stay in touch with postings to this mailing list.
This is a members-only list. NIST will use it to disseminate
information on data, tasks, changes in the guidelines, etc. You can
also post to the list. Messages to the mailing list should be sent to
[email protected]. Your posting will go to the entire list, BUT
you can only post from the email address that this message was sent to.

2) You will need the TRECVID 2019 active participants' userid/password
to access restricted parts of the TRECVID website, including a table
of participants/tasks, the location of the data servers, eventually
workshop registration info, etc. There is a link to this area from
the Guidelines and provided below as well.
(The active participant's userid/password DOES NOT
provide access to the video data server at NIST.)

3) The attached form "Agreement Concerning Dissemination of TREC/TRECVID
Results" (used for TREC and TRECVID) is required from ALL TRECVID
2019 teams (even if your team submitted this form in the past).

Please print the agreement form (one form per team), fill it out,
and email a pdf file of the scanned document to
[email protected]
at your earliest convenience. In this email please include the following:
Subject: TRECVID 2019: [brief description of subject]
In the body: your name, organization name, and team ID, i.e., your
short unique team name from the tv19.who.what table in
the active participant's area of the website:
