Dear all,
The TRECVID 2019 ActEV (https://actev.nist.gov/trecvid19) dataset and the index files are the same as for
the past ActEV 2019 Prize Challenge. The evaluation metric is now the Partial AUDC which is the area under the DET curve between a Time-based False Alarm rate of 0 and 0.2 and the value of a perfect system is 0 (more details are in the attached updated evaluation
plan).
