I then spent about 5 minutes looking around for a glowing review
of the restaurant but didn't find anything appropriate.
Using Fusion2 - a metasearch
engine with marking of relevant documents and query expansion.

Finds 36 URLs choose rank=2 www.truckers.com but it is a
list of places for donating food
Then try rank=5 "Olivers restaurant pub in Hagarstown" and from
there I look at the menu but there is no pfeffersteak so I mark this as
relevant
Then I look at rank=7, the Econo Logge in Hagarstown, follow link to
local attractions but just tourist stuff
Then I look at rank=11, "City of Hagarstown" which looks like a
municipal site, follow link to hagarstownbusiness.com but that takes
