• Goals

  • Compare system performance (E-C) across sites
  • Gather information on strengths of main effects and interactions as well as data for follow-on experiments

• Step 1: Per-Site

  • Determine best way to model each site�s data in terms of the main effects and interactions

• Step 2: Cross-Site

  • Combine the site analyses for cross-site comparisons
