    This is for the Ad-hoc Video Search (AVS) task participants:

The run submission webpage is now available. You will need the active participants username/password to access it:

Please make sure your team name is available from the drop down menu and let me know if this is not the case.

Also, submitting trial runs are highly encouraged (via using the "TEST" team name) to make sure your runs are formatted

correctly and passing the validation test on our server.

- AVS run submission : Due by July 24th, 2019

- AVS results back to participants : August 30, 2019

- TRECVID notebook draft paper : Due October 29, 2019

- TRECVID workshop at NIST : Nov. 12 - 13, 2019
