Dear TRECVID Teams and Participants,

    This is a gentle reminder to submit speaker proposal by next Tuesday Oct. 1. Based on the received talk proposals, we will create the agenda.

Please include:

• Title
  
• Short Abstract
• Speaker Name and Organization (Team name)
• Task (AVS, INS, VTT, ActEv)
  

* You can submit talk proposals for multiple tasks your team joined.

* If you would like to talk about a potential important related topic including future task, please also send us a  short abstract.

* On Nov. 13, we are planning to discuss a couple of new task proposals we received recently and would like to get your feedback on them.

In addition to the session talks, we encourage all teams to bring a poster with them to present during the poster session to discuss

it with other attendees and share the work they did during TRECVID 2019 cycle.
