• If you need a visa to enter the USA to attend the annual TRECVID workshop, please email Angela Ellis , ASAP, to request a letter and speed up the process. Please try to apply early to give enough time for visa processing.
• Workshop Registration
• Please register to the workshop using this website. You will need to enter your 2020 active participants username/password to access the site. Registration fee is $35.
• Workshop Attendance
• Although the workshop is mainly for active participant team members in the current year, we do highly encourage any researcher in academia or industry to attend if they wish. Please let us know for further arrangements if you are not in a participating team but would like to attend.
• Location
• The 2020 TRECVID Workshop will be virtual event on four days : December 8 - 11 running from 7AM (EST) to 11AM (EST) to accomodate most time zones.
