• If you need a visa to enter the USA to attend the annual TREC/TAC/TRECVID workshop, please email Angela Ellis , ASAP, to request a letter and speed up the process. Please try to apply early to give enough time for visa processing.

• Registration will open late summer 2026
• Workshop Attendance
• Although the workshop is mainly for active participant team members in the current year, we do highly encourage any researcher in academia or industry to attend if they wish. Please let us know for further arrangements if you are not in a participating team but would like to attend.

• The 2026 TREC/TAC/TRECVID Workshop will be in-person during the week of (November 16 - 20)
