• If you need a visa to enter the USA to attend the annual TRECVID workshop, please email Angela Ellis , ASAP, to request a letter and speed up the process. Please try to apply early to give enough time for visa processing.

• Workshop Attendance
• Although the workshop is mainly for active participant team members in the current year, we do highly encourage any researcher in academia or industry to attend if they wish. Please let us know for further arrangements if you are not in a participating team but would like to attend.
• Location
• The workshop this year will be held as a hybrid workshop. Attendees are encouraged to make plans to attend in-person. For those who can not travel, arrangements will be made to support the meetings and talks in a virtual mode as well.
